Roblox has been known for—according to the community—its poor choices of updates and features and has been heavily criticised by the community. Users of the site marched into the most well-known battleground of the Roblox forum: ATR (All Things Roblox). Carrying pitchforks, throwing their knives, shooting their guns, the forum explodes. This is one of the greatest, most large protests Roblox has faced before—this is the change of the Roblox logo. Below is a picture of the current logo.
The logo is criticised greatly
Today, January tenth, two thousand seventeen, Roblox made their first "major" update of the year, the change—as I had stated before—of the Roblox logo. With this change came many uproars of the community, threats and angry posts about the new logo. People are calling the gaming platform "Oblox" now, as the letter "O" in Roblox is now the star of the stage. As "Obloxians" terrorize the forums, bombarding the administrators, you can bet Roblox is having a hard time.
"Disgusting," said Roblox member Wixy101, who been a member since more than three years. "So ugly, plain, and boring. Eck!" exclaimed tom_nook, a member since two thousand nine. The community stormed at Roblox's walls, hoping to drill their united ideas into Roblox's, let's be honest here, stubborn mind. Of course, there are the few select people who decided it was a good change; that was mostly made up of administrators, however; I can predict some were just saying they liked it to avoid being fired. One person took their protest so far, they were banned; I felt very bad for them because they had Turbo Builders Club. But I'll be honest and say he was a bit...inappropriate.

Luckily, the Studio icon and favicon of the forums remain popular. They're still the previous R of Roblox. Changes to the already changed include:
•Uses simpler, more blocky font
•Only white
•Not tilted, only O, which is the current highlight (the fact that the O seems to be represented as most important sparked the most rage)
•Seems more aimed towards children (in my opinion)
•Much less popular than former logo
Due to the excessive hate combined with Roblox's current sponsor, "Cheez-Itz", people are sarcastically saying the O's represent crackers. Others pointed out it looks like Bethesda's logo, others Dominos'. Many people are still complaining right now, and all I can say is this: I don't really like the new logo too much either. So what comes next? We shall see. Until then, bye!
