If you bought a seat for the Blox Awards, then here's a little surprise; I advise you read this. This is exactly, according to InceptionTime, what Crykee wrote:
"UPDATE: We didn't anticipate the amount of stress datastores would be under, it wasn't fast enough to register purchases. Theatre closed and fixing.
'All seats purchased will be refunded by ROBLOX as we are [rewriting] the purchase system.' could it be changed to 'All transactions made without receiving a seat in-game will be refunded. If you've bought multiple seats all but 1 will be refunded. Those that made successful transactions get to keep their seats in the same locations.'?

Your character will be filmed as part of the audience for the official BLOXY Awards movie/stream. Whatever you wear today will be what's shown in the final video.

The first 100 seats will be sold for 150 robux. Then next 100 will be sold for a higher amount and so [forth]. There are also 8 booths in the theatre, housing 5 seats each, a maximum of 40 premium seats. These will be sold for the solid price of 5k robux.

It is not currently known if Roblox will actually give the refunds to the clients who bought them. Knowing Roblox, however, (in my opinion), they will likely pay them back, as not might lead to problems on the forums, where anger can be a problem. You know the community, but the community's another topic or another day.
If you're a nominee, you needn't worry, unless you're keen on the idea of being part of the audience as well. Nominees will automatically, according to Crykee, be seated at the front in "special" chairs. Even if you're not a nominee, you probably don't have to worry either, as (of course, this is only my opinion—you aren't required to agree, and I respect your opinion as much as you do mine) I believe Roblox will attempt to give clients their nicely-spent Robux (the currency of which is used on Roblox that isn't an in-game currency, if you know what I mean).
The only problem I see is, and I'm no expert on the subject, how Roblox will do this. Assuming they have some way, I you're all safe, nominee or not. As for now, choose your favourites if you haven't already, and have a great day. Goodbye!
